Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What counts as a member?

An active member is anyone with an ACTIVE membership status in your organization. Pending, left, and archived members do not count toward your limit.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits?

Yes. Registered non-profits and charities qualify for a 30% discount on all paid plans. Contact us with your registration details.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or hidden charges. You only pay the monthly plan price.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and wallet payments via Paystack. Enterprise billing is invoiced monthly.
